Please no more Scheifele to Boston ACGM. BOS/WPG don't match-up well for a trade and Scheifele isn't worth what WPG is going to ask.

They'd be better off going after someone like Trocheck honestly. He's played at just shy of a 60pt pace over the last 3 years, good in the dot, can play a physical brand of hockey.

If a team pays a boatload, then that is the market value. Boston likely isn't the right trade partner, but to say Scheifele isn't worth what would be asked is crazy. Scheifele's only downfall is his defensive game. He has none. People on here can say he is a cancer in the locker room, but that is just a bunch of people thinking they know something and really know nothing. Scheifele's name has never been mentioned by a respected person as a cancer in the locker room. Even Laine, who everyone said had problems with Scheifele, called Scheifele on national TV one of his best friends and said that he still keeps in touch with him. So that myth was debunked. He is still a bonafide 1C on almost every team. Bergeron has made a great career out being a 200' Center. Their are not a ton of them in the league. Scheifele is still a top center in the league and will get a lot back in return.

He's also below average in the dot (also doesn't fly in Boston). Such an amazing player whose 29yr old and on a pretty good deal....so why would WPG want to trade him

He's never impressed me when I watched him play (granted I only watch WPG a handful of times a year). His relative numbers over the last 3 years say WPG is barley better with him on the ice than off. Best of luck to WPG finding a sucker to overpay for him.
