This is actually what they should be doing but leafs management already said Muzzin wont be on LTIR for the rest of the season because they want to get him into some games before the playoffs. Completely agree though if they have the chance to add someone like Giordano to their back they should make that move.

That's the kind of overpay that it would take for Ottawa to send one of the most beloved players to their biggest rivals. That said, you could keep Dermott, the values probably a little high and Ottawa doesnt have much use for another LD going into next season.
