Description

This is purely a best case scenario and it's obviously much more likely that this doesn't transpire. I can only see Miller traded at the TDL IF the exorbitant demands of Rutherford/Alvin are met and this is that. I'm sure there will be a lot of bleating from the other fan bases, but if the GM's of Colorado/NYR decide they are all in they just may decide to ante up. Miller is not a rental and if anyone can alter a Stanley Cup run, he can. Keep in mind, they can always choose to move him at next years TDL and recoup some significant assets.

Garland IMO is similar in value to Toffoli and given JBD's value that seems like an equitable trade. Ottawa gets a top 6 RW with term on a good contract which fits their model and needs. Probably an off season deal.

Dickinson for Kapanen is just rearranging deck chairs for both teams, nether have played particularly well this year.

BB has been linked to NJ ad nauseum for the past month and TBH I'm just not sure of what that trade would look like, this is just a guess.
