The best piece in the deal from your side is AA, and he's not spectacular, I'd be willing to add a 3rd and RFA rights to Petter Hansson.

Do you know anything about the guys you asked for? AA would've scored 20, maybe even 25 had he played the full season. That's even though he was playing with crappy Detroit linemates. Vrana is going to be a top six forward, Sanford a middle six, and then Heed just put up better numbers than most forwards in the AHL, even though he's a defenseman. You can think that that's a stretch, but at the end of the day that's how I'm going to value him. He was the 13th pick in 2014, and the only reason he wasn't on the Caps full time this season is because we didn't want a rookie to be relied on for what was expected to be a long playoff run. Same thing with Sanford, until we traded him.

For all four, I'd need Nylander and another small piece. You don't want to do that I'm sure, but that's what it would cost.
