Considering vegas didn't even bother to tell him they traded him and he found out through Twitter I think he would say no, assuming they are on his list. But all depends on whos on the list. if he controls the trade he's saying no

You can't reacquire a player who you retained salary on for a year. Vegas didn't retain salary, so they can make this trade without issue.

Wrong, its in the CBA, its cap circumvention. They can not reacquire the player with any retained salary within 1 calendar year. Its not just if they already retained.
if you dont believe me google it, the CBA clause comes right up
