There is no way New Jersey does that deal in my opinion, Also that is a huge overpay for miller, I think its one or the other and than a first round pick honestly, Also I personally don't see the miller trade being done at all, Why would Miller want to go back to the rangers where the labeled him as immature and a cancer? The guys who called him that are still here basically (besides the coaches) I don't think miller would want to come back.

fair enough on NJD. I think they would potentially consider it because boeser is a more well rounded player and more of a sure thing

the miller deal is the one that's been reported on by the athletic, and by both rangers and Canucks reporters. seems to be the price for him

Rangers reportedly offered it with retention on miller to vancouver and they rejected it

I think the Boeser deal is a reach but the rest is pretty good.

I have seen the reports to, But I don't know what to believe honestly, Larry brooks came out with an article a month ago about how the rangers have shown intrest in Patrick kane so I don't really trust the reporters. I think the Rangers really want either Hertl or Pavelski, I think they can get them for a lesser price and in all honesty there are both better than miller, plus miller does not fit there time line, if we get miller we are basically saying goodbye to strome in the offseason and than a year later miller will take minum no less than 7.5 mil AAV and thats the year we have to pay laf and some other guys so as a rangers fan the trade does not really make sense to me.

I think only two of Boeser, Miller, Garland get moved, but the values are all in the ballpark. I’m guessing NYR throws in an extra piece for retention and it gets done. Just too much smoke there. Maybe NJ doesn’t want to trade Holtz but that value is good. They need quality wingers and BB fits the bill and the age group. Good job

They aren’t giving up a roster player or futures that impact their timeline so I can see why they actually would do this. Retention though is probably a must to make this doable in the short term. I highly doubt the cap two years down the road will be a factor when they are in a very good position to do some damage in the playoffs right now.

I think these are all fairly realistic trades value wise.
Boeser has averaged 28 goals and 68 points per 82 games, Holtz may not be a piece NJ is willing to part with but I think the value there is fair.
I don't think Vancouver does the Schenn trade, but again the value is pretty fair.

How on earth is that deal a huge overpay for Miller? IDK what your smoking but that is at least fair value

Because the only reason miller has a crap ton of value is because he has another year on his deal that is affordable to a lot of teams, It honestly isn't a good deal for the rangers because you could get a better player for NIls and Kravtsov, Like pavelski or hertl, that might be there asking price but its not his actual value if where being honest here.
