The results certainly say so. Holl's been quite good for us. Apart from a couple stretches he's had much better results than Manson.

If you look at their advance stats both grade out below average. But Braun is way cheaper so it makes it a better depth pickup

Haven't liked what I've seen from Holl this season, but maybe I'm overestimating how good Manson is.

And I think focussing on mistakes and not seeing the good Holl does. He's certainly not perfect but if he was on a different team, he'd be going for a 1st at the deadline. A big right shot defenceman who performs well in a shutdown role. He's lightyears better than Chiarot.

I don't love it, but I don't really know Sam Steel's upside. Lehkonen has been Montreal's most effective player this season and is generally reliable. Montreal shouldn't be moving I have no idea Petry's value (it depends on how motivated Montreal is to just clear his salary), but I feel like they'd be better off not packaging players together.
