Description

It probably seems counterproductive to move Karlsson right after making C a strength. Eichel and Stephenson’s continued emergence push him down to the 3rd line. That’s a nice problem to have, but Roy can be effective there and the cap is an issue.

Brossoit in this scenario is shipped out to whatever team would accept a 4th or 3rd to take his salary off Vegas’ books.

I’m my opinion, between the cap problems and Lysol being a solid prospect, it’s not that far off. Maybe a low end pick to level it off.

It might make more sense with the bruins to try and get Martinez, a vet dman with a lot of cup experience.

Bruins can’t afford him and probably won’t move our best prospect seeing as we’re heading for a rebuild within the coming years. Haulas been good on the second line so we have something that works if we have to overpay for a 2C that we can afford. The Bruins have been rolling since the new year so I’m afraid that a big roster change could mess up the chemistry.

Ya I’m not suggesting it’s multiple adds but NYR would Jump at that option I’m sure. Also a few Bs fans have said you’re 2C is just fine so maybe not even the right destination

Bruins aren’t trading lysell unless the situation is perfect, and Karlsson isn’t that. That contract isn’t enticing. I’m guessing it would be a swift rejection.
