It's a simple trade to get the Bruins help on the left side and to move a contract

Maybe they get that, but i just really don’t think Leddy is worth anything.

I just think he's on a Redwings team that still has a blueline that's a work in progress, and his numbers don't tell the whole story. If he got a chance to play with McAvoy I really think he would start playing like he did last year with the Islanders. Thanks for the honesty I really appreciate it.

I think you can get him for a second. But adding Moore and his salary this is probably right.

If he was playing with mcavoy i wouldn’t watch the rest of the season. Torched.

He’s very good at zone entries and is a serviable too 4d. We just suck as a whole which brings down some counting stats. This looks about right to me.

Take out Moore and maybe but Detroit gave up a 2nd to get Leddy so at that price it makes more sense to resign Leddy.

That makes sense for sure because he's only 30, I just figured Detroit would trade him to get an extra 4th round pick essentially.

The Islanders did take Panik but Detroit did retain on him which which means they only have 2 spots left but Boston not needing retention on Leddy who Detroit fans figured they'd need to retain on so that would wipe that out. Thinking about it more I'd probably trade Leddy for Boston's 2nd. No 4th and no Moore.

Leddy would fit in nicely with the Bruins - if the cost is low like a 2nd or even the above offer, I think the Bruins pull the trigger.
