Chiarot will be dealt for sure. Romanov is coming into his own, Edmundson will be back, Guhle / Harris / Clague will be competing for last LD spot next season. Habs will also need cap space, keeping Chiarot would make no sense.
The Lehkonen trade doesn't have to happen, but it does make sense for MTL. Lehk's is an RFA and playing well lately so he would have more value than other role players in MTL like Pezzetta and Byron (who is coming back from injury soon). They might be able to recoup a 2nd for Lehkonen if the fit is right.
Teams that come to mind for possible destinations for Jake Allen and PIT, COL, EDM. Basically contenders that need more insurance at goaltending. Allen has one more year left at a reasonable hit, IMO MTL doesn't need him for the reset... but if the return isn't at least a 2nd then they should just keep him.
The Kulak, Wideman and Perrault trades are just typical pending UFA depth pieces being sold for late picks.
For the offseason of 2022:
One of Hoffman, Toffoli, Drouin are available for the right offer... same as one of Armia, Gallagher, and Anderson however with all of the injuries MTL has I think these moves will wait until the offseason (gives Gorton more time to evaluate his roster).
Lastly, Jeff Petry is also available... but given he has struggled (no doubt he has been playing through injuries) I'm not sure what his value could be in a return so this might also wait until the offseason. Gorton got fleeced by WPG in the Trouba trade, I'd like him to reverse that type of trade when selling Petry - return should be a young RHD + a pick.
Brings me to Shea Weber. Would be awesome if he could come back for another year to guide these kids... this only works if he is healthy and habs have the cap space but I'd love to see it. Wpuld be great to watch Romanov and Weber playing together. If not, maybe they can work out a deal with NSH to send him back for a pick.
On Carey Price - I have no idea what his value could be. Insiders are reporting their is interest yet Seattle steered clear of his contract. If there is legitimate interest with MTL likely entering a rebuild I would probably try to move Price, more so if he is interested in doing it for his pursuit of a Stanley cup then for the potential return. Ideally, the trade involves the least amount of retention possible allowing MTL to move on ASAP.
Assuming MTL finishes with a lottery pick and puts a package together to acquire Lafreniere.
Lafreniere hasn't lived up to his potential so far with NYR, seems like this is a trade that could make sense for both sides. Rangers get a fresh start with a new prospect on an ELC, habs get the hometown kid (Gorton would also be quite familiar with Lafreniere).
Just seems like there's no way this can't become a reality if both sides are willing to work together.
Are you keeping Josh Anderson? He could be helpful to Rangers. We would not want picks in return for Laf, we would want NHL players in their prime. Our window is now.

I would trade one of Anderson, Gallagher, or Armia... Anderson happens to be my personal favorite of the three so for me it would have to be a good offer.
