That is incorrect. There are lots of players worth 10 million. There are a pile of players making 5 million though that don't deserve it. Stars earn, depth gets overpaid all the time.

The reality is, people not too long ago could say, how many teams with multiple 8 million dollar players had rings. Then 9 million dollar players. Teams with 10 million dollar players will win soon enough. Tampa had 2 guys making 9.5. saying a 10 million dollar player can't win but a 9.5 million dollar guy can is splitting hairs.

With a flat cap it maybe a few seasons, with the help of seattle taking on some cap and Phoenix it may come earlier.
