Tarasenko could play 20 games in 2 years
Late firsts
A good prospect (Alex)

Not a terrible value but idk if Buffalo wants to look back and have Kostin in the KHL and Tara retired in 2 years potentially when they probably have better quality offers. It’s just a risky haul not a terrible one.

Thomas would be untouchable. Neighbours and Kostin would make up for it and 2 firsts as well. But as I said not taking this deal serious just stating Blues won't retain.

Robert Thomas is untouchable in the eyes of Armstrong. If you go back through when we were supposed to be making some big deals reasons why we never got a Carey Price, or other big names in trades like Erik Karlsson (thank god) was because the primary want in those deals were Robert Thomas they didn't want, and for Buffalo Eichel already stated he wants out, the idea of paying 10 Million for him when 1 he has only played 2 full seasons out of 6 seasons he's been in the league. And we are at a Flat Cap, I don't think anyone is willing to give up their top youngling for him at this time. LaFreniere wouldn't even be in the argument if Rangers were going after him.
