Barre Boulet and a 1st. TB is way over the cap. JBB likely trades Palat for pennies on the dollar too. Hedman could start season on LTIR though. He needs hip surgery.

They have to. TB will be 10 mil over the Cap. TJ was playing 4C making 5 mil AAV. 3 years left on his contract.

Yeah TB can't even sign UFA's Coleman, Goodrow, Savard. They'll have to dump TJ and Palat just to get cap compliant. Things change of course if Hedman goes on LTIR but he'll come off at some point.

VAN should stay away from that Johnson contract unless they are getting a 1st round pick and prospect, also the NYI don't have the cap space for Schmidt. Sabres will want this years 1st round pick from VAN.

They need forward prospects so I gave them forward prospects. I don’t feel it’s worth it for the Canucks to trade this years first

Pretty sure COL can’t do that trade pre XD because he’s the only goalie that meets the criterium for the XD, and if he’s heLthy why do the trade at all?

You don’t get Reinhart without including this year‘s first round pick unless you are parting ways with Boeser, or prospects like Podkolzin or Hoglander. I’ve been told none of those guys are being moved.

I think Miska also meets the exposure requirements for goalies but I agree this trade still doesnt make sense for the Avs
