My Dream Offseason

I did a "realistic offseason" not too long ago. I was not going for realism this time. I was going for my own perfect world, obviously not as realistic.

I think if Pens could somehow pull all these moves off they'd be in a much better position moving forward. I really think Legare is better than Poulin. Unpopular opinion sure but this kid has got an asbolute missle of a shot on him. It would be huge if he's NHL ready soon. He's shown flashes in the preseason.

Let me know about the Fowler trade. Honestly I have NO idea what his value is. No idea if Ducks wanna move him, no idea how high or low they would value Matheson. Honestly not a clue. Him being on the Pens makes sense since he was always adored by Brian Burke. Obviously his cap hit makes it very difficult to pull off. It would be nice, I think he's a super good puck mover with terrific skating ability, he's just hindered by Anaheim being so bad. I don't know if it would be realistic at all though.

    Well most Detroit red wings fans are delusional on here lol. They think their players are all worth something and that every other teams players are all cap dumps that the team has to pay them to take on lol

    I think the wings would be ok with giving up a 4th and taking a chance but when throwing in the 3rd it's probably a pass. It's a risk with his contract and season he had, but we do need a LD and he fits the tineli. I would take the risk for a 4th, but not with the 3rd attached
