Description

According to Bruce Garrioch, Ryan Dzingel is not likely to come back next year.

So, I've swapped him out for Sokolov at Left Wing on the 4th line.

In other news, Vancouver beat Edmonton this afternoon, which made me a bit surprised.

That means Vancouver needs either of these two scenarios to surpass Ottawa in the standings.

1. At least two wins in regulation

2. At least two wins of any kind + an overtime/shootout loss

If either of the two scenarios occurs, Ottawa will be picking 9th overall instead of 10th, assuming lotteries aren't meant to be won.

A win and two losses in overtime/shootout against Calgary will not be sufficient enough for Vancouver to pass Ottawa in the standings because in that case, Vancouver will have only 17 regulation wins to Ottawa's 18.

The same reason applies if Vancouver gets 1 win in regulation + 1 win in overtime/shootout + 1 loss in regulation.

honestly id give the kraken a pick to take tierney just to get rid of him, Id like to try like a Stutzle-Logan Brown-Connor brown as line 2, then like formenton and dandonov with pinto, could be interesting

I’d really love to see the Rangers in on Logan Brown. Reminds me of when the Rangers got Brian Boyle for a 2nd rd pick.

Might be a 3rd l, maybe + depth prospect, though. Not sure that’s enough.

I hope he knows the door is still open back here (if he wants a team friendly deal). It's nice watching him succeed Ottawa, but I want him to come back. If he isn't returning with the Sens, he'll likely want to go to a contender, so why not come back to Carolina like he did with Ottawa.
