1st one cuz it just bad & CAP
2nd one would would require CAL retaining and/or a contract going back to CAL, for CAP reasons

NYR need an additional approximately 4.2-5.1 million as a CAP cushion for the Bonuses in the many many ELCs.
In this scenario -
PB's = 10,562,500
allotted amount to surpass cap = 6,112 ,250
Cushion required by NYR = 4,450,000
