Beniers’s aggregated rankings puts him in the top 5 and Columbus is currently at 11th. He’s also the highest ranked center so I doubt he falls at all. Unless you guys go on a good losing streak or win the lottery then it’s not looking so good.

Eklund’s aggregated rankings per EP put him at 4. You’ll still get a good guy in that ~11OVR range though. Skimming through Lysell 9, Raty 10, Guenther 11, and Lambos 12. I expect some shifting though with OHL + WHL getting some more games in. I don’t follow Columbus very much but I just glanced at your prospect pool, which looks heavy Euro/American (mainly Euro). Is there a particular reason you favor Eklund or Beniers? I’ve caught quite a bit of Beniers so I can definitely see the appeal there if you want a 200 ft center. Eklund I was really looking forward to seeing at WJC between Raymond + Holtz but all their centers got Covid.

yeah, im a huge prospect guy and i have Beniers 1 and Eklund 3 (Brandt Clarke between them). Beniers is a "safe" pick but still has a high ceiling, and i could see him have an RNH - like career. Eklund i think is gonna be the highest point producing forward from this class

im HUGE on Lysell but hes a risk for sure. Him and sillinger ooze with skill but risk as well.
