Tavares and Matthews should be playing 40-45 minutes a night. I don't see a need to spend so much on the bottom 6 when they will/should be playing limited minutes.

you have like 4 internal options to play bottom 6 center minutes, why spend premium assets to get just a good one.

give ottawa a 2nd or 3rd and get stepan 50% retained or something.
