Turris with a $6M cap hit you stay away, his cap hit now is $1.65M and he has 1yr left on his contract. So I think it is worth giving him a shot. He had chemistry with Mantha at the WCs a couple years back and you can keep Larkin and Bertuzzi together and now you have 2 lines that can produce offensively. Plus he is a legitimate center. IMO

Yeah but not giving up bobby ryan for him. We can get a 2nd for him and we are taking a player that Edmonton wants to dump. The picks are fair compensation to come back for Bobby and taking on turris

You're almost certainly not getting Dunn during the season. Even if it was possible, several teams would make offers that better tempted the Blues.

So if they offer say a 3rd for ryan and we take it and they say have turris to free then I'm ok with it. We have to add anyways since almost the entire bottom 6 really will be gone after this season. Plus he meets the seattle requirements so we wouldnt have to expose namestnikov which might happen.
