Vegas doesn't have the cap space for both Crosby and Malkin and those other pieces, Tampa Brayden Point+Mikhai Sergachev are worth more then Jake Guentzel+Max Pacioretty+Kris Letang+a late Vegas 2021 1st round pick. Jeff Petry isn't waiving for Pittsburgh after just signing a new 5 year deal with the Habs. And Oliver Ekmann-Larsson will only waive for Boston or Vancouver those are the only 2 teams he has desire to play for.
