If you’re a penguins fan, you’d be crazy to not make that trade. You’re dumping Jarry at 3.5m, getting rid of MP (they don’t need his contract) and using that room to get a bottom 6 upgrade + sign #8.

GMs is closer, but add another 2 first rounders from the next four years to even get in the ballpark. No team is taking on that baggage, even more so in the flat cap, financial low-point world that we find ourselves in.
