Tampa will be better than Vegas. Pittsburgh is not a top 10 team
Pittsburgh was a top 10 team when they suspended last season and even with the bad defensemen they picked up in Matheson and Ceci, they still upgraded from having Johnson back there. A disappointing playoff series against a hot goalie isn't enough to remove them from the top 10.

Getting a year older does. And a bad Kapanen trade and losing murray

Murray hasn't been a great asset in net for awhile, the Kapanen trade was pure add by them as they traded futures, not current players. A year older would be a good argument but there's been very little evidence of it being a factor so far. Malkin just had the 2nd best season of his career and Crosby was still one of the best players in the league when you remove the time on ice with Johnson from the equation.
Besides the things you listed being of little to no effect, the Penguins were the team who saw among the worst effect of injuries last season when you look at time on ice actually missed by injured players. Even through that they finished 8th. If anything we should be expecting them to finish higher, not lower.
