Jets say no IMO, only because Hanifin isn’t going to be that big of an upgrade over where they see Samberg/Heinola ending up. I think Laine to CGY just doesn’t work for either sides, Jets would probably ask for Monahan + dman and pick and that doesn’t work for CGY.

Only reason I would want Laine is for a sniper that Johnny can feed for more points

Add and change out monahan for gaudreau would make it very interesting for me, having gaudreau and ehlers in the top 6, might make them a little light come conference finals or cup finals, a lot of hockey for smaller frames, could make for some damn crazy highlight reels in nov though. My bias is showing through, but looking forward to another interesting season.
