What I mean is that the Blackhawks picked better players when they were available then I would have. Noah Dobson had my eye past whalstrom, I know they didn’t have a chance at Q Hughes, so I didn’t hold it against them in my explanation.

You guys have great centre depth. I thought Mercer was the best choice but Reichel was the 2nd choice imo. I knew he’d go this high. He gives u guys awesome LW depth. Maybe next year is the year you guys get your #1LHD. The building blocks are there, just missing a 1LHD and 1G among the prospect pool

I didn’t like him at first but the past few weeks he’s grown on me. A championship team needs a Dman like that, he’s a fluid skater, he’s really hard to be beat 1 on 1, he could definitely improve his offensive numbers but he reminds me of McDonagh/Jones with a little Heiskanen flavoured in there. He’s the Brady Tkachuk of defence. But clearly the Sens are building an identity of hard to play against with Tkachuk, Pinto, Greig, Sanderson, JBD. Speaking of that, he’s probably gonna be paired with JBD at UND. Future pair mayeb?

I like him, I think Ottawa is going to as well. Lots of fans in the stream were upset with the pick, I thought it was a bit of a reach, but made sense with Raymond being gone. Ottawa will be fine, unless your owner does not want to pay your guys.
