As a rental, depending on his season and trade fit, I think AA should be worth a 2nd at the deadline. It’s obviously tricky projecting this type of deal in the off-season but he’s got the tools contenders look for and if he can be had for around 1.5 million in cap (50% retained or contract coming back) then I feel pretty confident the asking price is met.

I definitely think Domi is going to be a harder sell than AA, hence me saving a salary retention slot for him, but at 1.5 cap hit and playing next to Kane for a significant portion of the season I think there will be some teams interested. I don’t want to repeat myself in the same post but assuming he has a decent season I don’t see why the asking price of a 2nd won’t be met.

The team that acquires Kane will have to give up some type of top prospect, and for what Kane is I’m not sure why you wouldn’t especially if you guys consider yourselves a contender at the deadline.
