Ill never understand how someone can be most valuable to their team if another guy on the team gets so many votes to also be the most valuable guy on the team. No disrespect to Draisaitls year, he popped off. But semantically, and by definition, the logic makes no sense

I just can't understand how one of the worst defensive players in the league who relies on a historically good PP where he does play with the best offensive player in the world for nearly 50% of his bointz can get any votes...

Still saying it, but Drai wouldn't have won the award without that 15 point deficit to the next guy. In terms of sheer points, the guy was overly dominant.

McDavid was injured because of Kneeordano. Wasn't even supposed to play this season and didn't look the same.

McDavid came in 5th for Hart voting

his PP isolates are not that favorable, and you seriously can't expect me to belive that he was more beneficial to the oilers PP than McD, and exactly... PP points are generally less repeatable, and more system/scheme based than 5v5

If there were any logic it would go to buffalo. Without Eichel they aren’t even an nhl team. Nobobody does more fit their team than eichel.

Yes ish, ik his finishing was absurd, but I don't think that justifies best player in the league talk imo
