Swap Bellows for Wahlstrom and Eberle for Nelson and I'd say thats really fair. You can't count Pullock as a huge part of the deal because its just his rights, WPG still has to pay him

Yeah, Winnipeg need a 2nd center and a number 1 defenseman, but i don’t think they will get that from any team for Laine alone. Ryan Pulock would definitely be a massive upgrade on that blueline + from Manitoba. I don’t think that their offense is the problem at all. With Scheifele, Wheeler, Ehlers, Eberle, Connor + a couple of young guys in the pipe. Maybe they can try to trade for Max Domi as a number 2 guy?...

Other than Pulock there is nothing in the deal that the Jets would need or want. So, Winnipeg would say no.

Pulock for Connor or Ehlers would be a more realistic deal to work. Depending of course on Pulock's expectations for a new contact.

Ehlers and Laine were probably the Jets two best forwards arguably with Scheifele. So, Connor might be the easiest to give up, but the would still be expensive to acquire.
