God I hope not. The UFAs here make no sense at all. None of them are a good fit or need.

im a bruins fan, he should have been traded 5 years ago. he should have retired 2 years ago. If hes on the team again next year in a B's jersey on the ice, its going to be horrid. dont need gustaffson, dont need nordstrom, doubt bogosian takes that deal. dont need brassard.

I think you're much more likely to see younger players plugged into the holes than signing cheap low level free agents. Lauzon, Vaakanainen, Studnicka, Frederic, and Kuhlman. I'd much rather see Kuhlman on Coyle's wing than Derick Brassard. I don't quite understand the Moore hate when you're willing to bring back Chara who will be exponentially slower than the rest of the league when next season starts or Zach Bogosian.

You're right. I think they're keep Nordstrom, but Krug's probably gone, so maybe sign a cheaper minutes eater to ease in the young dmen.

I could see them bringing back Nordy if the price is right. Versatile, hustles, blocks shots, ideal 4th liner. But he is easily replaceable as well. Chara is statue, should have hung them up last year. The rest just make no sense at all. I see them going after Brandon Dillon or Mark Borowiecki type if Krug walks and not much else unless something happens with Rask.

they dont need another 4th liner. ritchie can take that role next year. need more middle 6 less bottom 4.

They need wingers for Coyle. I think it will be Studnicka on RW and Bjork on LW but i have not seen enough out of Bjork to be happy about that.

Would love to see a deal with Minny for Greenway.

What the hell is that trade? EWWWW

Bruins arent signing any more defenseman, we already have so many that Moore cant play.

Overall: Not great

I think you need a guy that is going to put the puck in the back of the net. I liked that bjork, studnicka, coyle line last night, its too bad they couldnt generate a goal but they were awesome putting pressure on. im bordering between wanting the bruins to get a toffoli or a dadanov someone who can score and drop debrusk or kase to 3rd line or trading krejci and starting a quicker rebuild similar to what the rangers are doing.

I’d like Toffoli, but i think Kase will work well with Krejci. I think they might take a run at Hoffman. Can play either wing. A bit older and has some baggage so it might keep his cost down a bit.

i wanted hoffman when he was moved to florida. I however really want the bruins to spice things up in this offseason. the 2021 draft is pretty horrid. i want them to trade krejci and take a run at getting cirelli on a 5 year deal with 7m aav

HOWEVER jacobs owns the team so that will never happen. they will keep krejci and lose him to fa next year. cirelli will stay a bolt and we get disappointed again next year with minimal offseason moves made.

When Krejci hits UFA he will have to be signed to a 35+ contract. Nobody will get ridiculous with offers. I’d imagine he re-signs with Bruins for half of what he’s making now or potentially retires.

I don’t see them trading him unless they push for Krug, even then i doubt it,
