This is horribly wrong. 30th in SV% last year for all goalies with 25 games played. Was he overworked. Yeah, but still no excuse. He also lets up a lot of soft goals in meaningful moments. A 2nd round pick is probably what to expect. Its what Lehner got at the TDL and he's actually a top 10 goalie in the league...

Andersen to Carolina seems to be a CapFriendly rumour with no basis in fact. Certainly the Canes would need trade Mrzarek or Reimer to the Leafs for cap reasons if such a trade happened.
Same with the Keumper trade. You would think Arizona would need an NHL goalie in return.i

they are called rumors for a reason. Probably 1 in 200 ever happen. Most trades that happen people never expected it. Take every rumour with a grain of salt.

OK, so it's a media rumour. Reporters like to start unfounded rumours so they have time to fill in the airwaves, and certainly the talking heads like to start rumours just so they seem like "insiders".
Of course the folks who spread such rumours refuse to name sources.
