No. Columbus can’t afford Marners contract for more then just the 2020-2021 season. A 10+ mil wing isn’t worth it.

Not sure if Martin would sign in TO, and for that little- but they Leafs need more grit (and cheaply).

The Larsson trade works for both teams, Edm. overpaid for him, but with Broberg and Bouchard coming- they can afford to move him, a 3rd might get it done...but might need a little sweetner.

Torts would have an anyeurism if they traded Jones, his value goes far beyond what the stats show, as valuable as Marner would be.... a top pairing dman is hard to replace.

I doubt the blue jackets take Marner for jones... u could do Marner for Subban and a first or something. New Jersey needs better offence and playing Subban with Rielly or Muzzin could get him back to an elite defensemen
