RONDE 1ÉQUIPEORIGINALJOUEURDéTAILS
1Logo de Sénateurs d'Ottawa-Elite LW BPA
2Logo de Ducks d'Anaheim-Elite C to Replace Getzlaf and make a Byfield-Zegras 1-2 punch
3Logo de Sénateurs d'OttawaLogo de Sharks de San JoseEverything Ottawa would love in a player and add elite skill to their forward group
4Logo de Red Wings de Detroit-Mitch Marner like Winger with a flashy Nylander like game
5Logo de Kings de Los Angeles-Defenceman to play and learn from Drew Doughty. Need a defenceman
6Logo de Devils du New Jersey-Lack wingers to play with Hughes, Hischier, and Zajac. Palmieri is getting older and Wood/Bratt don't cut it. Pick the highest IQ player
7Logo de Sabres de Buffalo-Marco Rossi can become everything they wanted out of Mittelsdat to trade him and give Cozens an eliter center to play with. Need offence on a team looking for an identity and immediate impact player
8Logo de Canadiens de Montréal-Need Snipers very badly and Caufield can't be the only one. Look at the Swedish sniper Holtz and can form a deadly Drouin-Kotkaniemi-Holtz 2nd line
9Logo de Blackhawks de Chicago-Corey Crawford is alomost gone and Chicago has a weak goaltending shelf. Immediately jump on the Russian Goalie poised to be a number one
10Logo de Devils du New JerseyLogo de Coyotes de l'ArizonaPick a skating Hanifin like Defenceman to fix the weak Defence corps
11Logo de Wild du Minnesota-Replace Miko Koivu with an elite 2 way Finnish Center
12Logo de Canucks de Vancouver-Vancouver would love to draft the best Swedish winger and part ways with Boeser soon?
13Logo de Predators de Nashville-The elite young NCAA trained center could be a Nashville target as Johansen-Duchene are good for today. Have time to develop him and get him a position soon
14Logo de Panthers de la Floride-Florida will be trading forwards to shed salary and Dadanov, Hoffman won't stay for long, draft what could be an elite Russian LW to play
15Logo de Flames de Calgary-Calgary is extremely weak with right-handed players and only have Lindholm so they jump on BPA RW Jack Quinn
16Logo de Rangers de New York-Ranger are loaded offensively with Kakko and Zibanejad, Panarin so they go for a defenceman that can fit their game and play big minutes in the future
17Logo de Jets de Winnipeg-Winnipeg Jets have been looking to draft a 2C for a while so they jump on the Bryan Little type Center Zary from the WHL
18Logo de Sénateurs d'OttawaLogo de Islanders de New YorkHendrix Lapierre is the riskiest piece to be drafted and has elite potential and ceiling, so the Sens don't mind throwing their pick as they hold many in this draft
19Logo de Blue Jackets de Columbus-Jan Mysak is something Jurmo would love in the lineup with a swiss knife Czech LW on their roster their set at offence
20Logo de Hurricanes de la CarolineLogo de Maple Leafs de TorontoThe German winger boasts high ceiling and plays an amazing game, Carolina can use a player with his offence, skill and poise. They draft the German ready to make an impact on the team
21Logo de Rangers de New YorkLogo de Hurricanes de la CarolineDawson Mercer falls in Rangers lap and they celebrate drafting an elite winger from the Q
22Logo de Stars de Dallas-Dallas is poised to host a great team and it seems a right-handed defenceman is on their radar as Barron is available.
23Logo de Oilers d'Edmonton-Jarvis, a RW WHL winger has everything McDavid would want in a winger, reminds me of Cody Glass and is a BPA for an Oilers team struggling at wing
24Logo de Golden Knights de Vegas-After losing Brannstrom to the Sens, it seems Vegas doesn't have many defence prospects, so they go after a small Swedish LD that plays like Brannstrom and Vegas can take the risk on developing him
25Logo de Wild du MinnesotaLogo de Penguins de PittsburghBorque is on the Wilds radar and just seems like something Minnesota would love to have on their roster, with bloodlines in the past and elite game, Wilds pick him
26Logo de Flyers de Philadelphie-A year after drafting Cam York, the back end seems like something Philly can load up on so they go after a big defenceman that can make an immediate impact. Ghost can be gone soon so they go for the Left handed Guhle
27Logo de Capitals de Washington-The capitals will jump on an elite winger available in this years draft that although is small but everything that can work for the Caps. Nybeck is the skilled player in a team consisting of Ovi, Oshi, Vrana and Wilson on the wing
28Logo de Sharks de San JoseLogo de Lightning de Tampa BaySan Jose sharks are desperate for forwards and Perrault is everything they can wish for with their late 1st, they jump on Perrault which is their BPA here
29Logo de Avalanche du Colorado-A unique player that has perfectly complemented talent with Shane Wright is something the Avs would love on their team. With a team loaded for the future, they go off the board for Chromiak a LW that may work with MacK
30Logo de Blues de St-Louis-The Blues are loaded for offence as they hit jackpots with Thomas, Sanford and other elite forwards. With an ageing Defence and maybe losing Petro they need a leader more than a player as a young LD they go for O'Rouke a Captain in the OHL Greyhounds
31Logo de Ducks d'AnaheimLogo de Bruins de BostonSkilled defenceman is something the Ducks need now after hitting on the lottery for Byfield, they go for Grans as the Right Defenceman that could just fit their team
RONDE 2ÉQUIPEORIGINALJOUEURDéTAILS
32Logo de Red Wings de Detroit-Skilled defenceman is something the Wings need as well, they go for another Swede as the Right Defenceman that could just fit their team
33Logo de Sénateurs d'Ottawa-Sens jump on the drafting defencemen trend and draft a skilled D man of their own with Niemela over Cormier
34Logo de Sharks de San Jose-Sharks just drafted a forward and have Foerster falling into their laps, they go BPA and pick something that might turn into a steal
35Logo de Kings de Los Angeles-The Kings jump on a forward poised to make an impact on the NHL and drafted the German sitting in their laps
36Logo de Ducks d'Anaheim-The Ducks just picked an elite C and a defenceman, so they go for something on the wing and draft Greig
37Logo de Predators de NashvilleLogo de Devils du New JerseyNashville would like to go Defenceman for their pick and get BPA Cormier in their lap as the new Girard
38Logo de Sabres de Buffalo-Buffalo needs an identity and is struggling to move without it, they go for a big feisty LW with Tuch
39Logo de Canadiens de Montréal-Montreal has picked a sniper so they go back to back here and BPA Defence is their first pick from the Q
40Logo de Canadiens de MontréalLogo de Blackhawks de ChicagoFrench Kid Center, man I've been waiting for Liam Foudy's brother to go
41Logo de Coyotes de l'Arizona-Choix au repêchage retiréKasper a small Finnish Center is a unique player the Coyotes are looking at off the board
42Logo de Wild du Minnesota-Minnesota goes for the US Development program and pick Hunt
43Logo de Kings de Los AngelesLogo de Canucks de VancouverLos Angeles would be off on a Center that might be a steal with his game and skill
44Logo de Predators de Nashville-Nashville goes Hirvonen as they are recognized in developing small players in Grimaldi and Arvy
45Logo de Panthers de la Floride-Florida goes for a small yet elite player in Bordeleau
46Logo de Flames de Calgary-Calgary just seems to be the place Pytlik would enjoy developing at and a big 2-way center is something they can get after Bennet
47Logo de Hurricanes de la CarolineLogo de Rangers de New YorkA big drop in Khusnutdinov but Carolina is loaded at having Russians that can turn into something amazing, after Svech and Peterka , they jump on him
48Logo de Jets de Winnipeg-Winnipeg needs Defence really bad and need to start drafting it, so they go for Villeneuve
49Logo de Sénateurs d'OttawaLogo de Islanders de New YorkCarter Savoie tore up the Alberta Junior Hockey League and showed he was playing way against talent far inferior to him. Scoring almost a goal per game pace with 53 goals in 54 games along with 99 points, Savoie showcased his powerful shot. The Ottawa Senators would be adding another skilled winger to their prospect pool which is much improved with the skilled Savoie
50Logo de Sénateurs d'OttawaLogo de Blue Jackets de ColumbusSens go Finnish defenceman Viro after missing on Villeneuve, not a consolation prize
51Logo de Maple Leafs de Toronto-Leafs pick the Big Swede LW a potential steal for a team that picked Robertson 2nd round
52Logo de Hurricanes de la Caroline-Carolina sure enjoys the date and picked Sweden's Neiderbach who just seems like Carolina thing after drafting an American, German and Russian
53Logo de Sénateurs d'OttawaLogo de Stars de DallasWith the last 2nd round pick in a busy day, they go after Russian Ponomaryov
54Logo de Red Wings de DetroitLogo de Oilers d'EdmontonShakir with an astonishing name, Detroit goes to load on D with their best D availble
55Logo de Kings de Los AngelesLogo de Golden Knights de VegasSam Colangelo an America RW and Kaliyev is dangerous with Drysdale on D
56Logo de Blackhawks de ChicagoLogo de Penguins de PittsburghChicago goes for a low risk elite Smilanic, who can be something big if developed right
57Logo de Flyers de Philadelphie-Philadelphia takes the American C and potentially the best Skater in this draft with Stranges from London
58Logo de Red Wings de DetroitLogo de Capitals de WashingtonDetroit picks Neighbours who falls into their lap and will be amazing at wing in Yzerman's eyes
59Logo de Lightning de Tampa Bay-Sourdif is picked by Tampa as a BPA after low scouting but he will be good
60Logo de Sharks de San JoseLogo de Avalanche du ColoradoSan Jose goes for size with their last pick and pick the Finland's Jurmo
61Logo de Canadiens de MontréalLogo de Blues de St-LouisMontreal likes Russians and after having Romanov but losing Markov, they go for Kuznetsov and develop him in the NCAA
62Logo de Bruins de Boston-Boston barely scouts this year and seems like a perfect team this year, they go for a Goalie from Finland because Tuuuuuuukkkkkkaaaaa Raaaaaassssssskkkkk

I wouldn't hate this draft for the Wild, but I'm not a Lundell fan personally. Huge Bourque fan though, I'd love him at 25

I dont see why sharks would take either of Perrault or Foerester over Reichel or Khusdinov. Sharks dont usually fall into the pick CHLers too high trap as they scout euros well

I can tell you right now Flames have zero interest in drafting wingers, Quinn will probably be gone before their pick but they will grab a center, a RD or trade the pick. Winger's are the last thing the organization needs

True, but something about the Sharks make them seem like they will contend really soon, and Euro players playing on bigger ice or Russian players signed in the KHL won't appeal them. They don't look like a team that wants to spend time developing players as they have lost the impact Pavelski was making. Vlasic, Karlsson, Burns, Simek on D and Couture, Meier, Hertl, Kane, and LeBanc on offence it makes sense to grab CHLer Perrault and Foerster and add it to this top 6. Perrault and Foerster are very immediate impact players even though Reichel seems like a possibility. This year, the CHL looks to appeal the Sharks but who knows?

Considering the Flames have no right handed players, if Quinn is available they will jump on him. Not saying Gaudreau is gone, but you can never have enough wingers and it just seems Quinn is perfect. I believe they will draft a winger this year after drafting Thomson last year and Center Pelletier the year before. Schnieder, Zary, Holloway, Quinn, Mercer, Barron and Jarvis are all the possibilities

Quinn is 3 years from NHL ready. Pelletier hasn't played center since like rep, he's a pure winger. Dube, Pettersen, Zavgordyn, and Phillips are all strictly wingers too. Calgary's best center prospects are Gawdin and Ruzicka and they project for 4th line center, 3rd line at best.

As for right handed player's as long as Lindholm plays wing its a non issue. They also have Phillips and Czarnik still under contract.

Who tf is Thomson

Pelletier was drafted last year, and Lassi Thomson was drafted by Ottawa (if that’s who you’re talking about).

I like the Holtz pick for Montreal. The other picks are good, although it wouldn’t be ideal for 2/3 of our 2nds to be LHD. I wouldn’t be surprised if Timmins & Co. go for the highest ranked RHD instead.

Personally I would argue a guy already playing in the DEL is much closer to the NHL than CHLers. CHLers need to learn to play against actual men and actual defense, and Riechel is already doing it, and doing it well

Not against this as a Wild fan, definitely think they take an LD with one of their two later picks. Kinda surprised Stranges wasn't picked.

I don't mind Barron at 22. It fills a need for Dallas, but if Seth Jarvis is still on the board when Dallas is on the clock they have to take him. RD is need for the Stars, but so is goal-scoring and Jarvis has the highest potential ceiling of anyone that could "realistically" be available to Dallas at 22. If he's off the board, then you look at Barron, Schneider, Perreault, etc., but Jarvis should be at the top of every team's list once the draft gets into the 20's.

can't see NJ taking Perfetti over Holtz, RW depth is super weak and better yet they have no goal scorers. Holtz is the perfect pick, though I do love Perfetti as well
