Description
Trying to round out the leafs by trading away one of the big 4. The UFAs on the bottom of the roster could really be many different players but Brassard and Ennis might be had cheaply based on their last contracts.

I don't think Marners value is much more than Dumba. They could almost be a 1 for 1 deal so Leafs would probably have to add more than just a 4th and 6th. Maybe add Dermott and a prospect or something

Marner won't return Brodin and Dumba and Minnesota isn't going to gut two of their best defensive guys for one winger.

talent wise no, but both have term and dumba's cap hit is bout half as marners that changes alot on value

yeah no close to 1 for 1, getting kinda tiring hearing people act like dumba is an elite d, marner is an elite winger, dumba would be lucky to be in the discussion for top 30 d in the nhl. tell me how a top 10 winger is worth 1 for 1 for a top 30 d if hes lucky
