Dubnyk is a downgrade on Reimer and Mrazek, Dumba is nice, but not worth all of that

Yeah like Jordan Staal would ever waive his NMC for Minnesota, Dumba cost either Necas or Suzuki minimal Jordan Staal would be a no go as we would never waive for Minnesota and he's too old for their potential rebuild.

Dubnyk is a downgrade over Reimer, not Mrazek. And there is nothing there of any interest to Minny nor does it touch Dumba’s value.

All of that??? All of that is a pile of used parts, an empty roll of duct tape, and a decent LHD prospect.

Minny said they want a 1C. I assume they would want Necas in the deal.

Maybe the value isn’t completely out of whack, but there isn’t a single piece on the Canes side that makes any sense for the Wild.
If/when Dumba is traded, I think a lot of people on this site are going to be very surprised at the return the Wild will get for him!

More likely they would be able to get Suzuki, Carolina needs Necas now.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Wild got a great return for him from a team that was desperate (EG Toronto) but his analytics aren't exactly easy on the eyes

He’s a gunslinger-type and I think that affects his analytics. I’ve often described him as a player that will make you want to throw a brick against the tv once or twice a game but will also make you go WOW 2 or 3 times a game. Until Fiala arrived, and found his game, Dumba was by far the most exciting player on the Eild!

Hamilton is a gun slinger, and Hamilton is an analytical Darling. Being that free flowing D man should actually help your analytics, yet Dumba's are still.... shakey
