The Dumba trade baffles me. I don’t know if it’s enough or too much. Andy either makes it an overpayment or a slight underpayment. Depending on how you value him. Plus I don’t think we’re moving our first this year.

I'd be even more concerned with moving Foudy.
He is another compete guy that could turn out to be like Dubois (he was not heavily scouted or touted, but Foudy has really been developing quite nicely in Juniors and his upside is too high to take a chance on giving him away in a package like this).

I couldnt wrap my head around this deal either. I think the contract clauses that Dumba and Zucker have are a con with the deal as well.

Dumba has a 10 team NTC that hasn't kicked in yet and CBJ shouldn't have to honor. I don't know enough about CBJ to really say what this deal is for MN.
