lol how is that relevant? EDM doesn't have even close to the roster STL does. STL has been a contender for years now and was having an uncharacteristically down year, EDM has horrid goaltending, no bottom 6 and a serviceable defense. Only people that think EDM can win a Cup are EDM fans.

Athanasiou is, at best, a 3rd line forward on any team not named Detroit. And even then he gives up more than he creates, making him a liability. He needs to be qualified at $3M next summer and isn't worth that.
