Description

Trying to be as realistic as possible. NYI : Tatar is probably the best available in terms of PPG. Also sign for next year on a reasonable deal (+retain money).
VEG : They are looking for a RHD. Petry is the best after Dumba (if they really want to trade them). Petry's value might be higher than Tatar's considering the fact that he is a Rhd and that he's had some great seasons in the last 3 years. He could be their number one RHD there (he was really solid when Weber wasn't playing last year).

*Important* All the first picks included are TOP 10 PROTECTED!

Based on what exactly?

Because numerous analysts including insiders like Dreger, BobbyMac and Pierre Lebrun have all stated that the Habs should expect a decent pick in return like a 3rd, if not an asset of some sort like a prospect.

Keep Thomson, Eakin, Cousins and Scandella, trade Peca to Ottawa of a 6th or 7th.
Dutch Gretzky should be gone too!
4th line Byron, Thomson, Cousins/Eakin and need Scandella for already week defense which gets worse with Petry gone.
