When you dont even look at the tradeS right, it's hard to trust your judgement. Price is still one of the top goalie in the league and probably the guy that has the biggest impact on the ice and in the locker room. Other gms know that and a team like CGY who might become a contender by acquiring a number one goalie that inspire
confidence would certainly consider this trade. Price at 8m especially when you look at MA Fleury is certainly worth it.

I think you might need to retain 50% of Price's salary to move him. Also if he is so great still and one of the top goalies in the league why are you trading him?
