I think that's a bit high for Bratt, but the others aren't far off at all. I personally think if Hall stays healthy and puts up better or similar numbers to Panarin he is going to want more then Panarin.

Schneider injured? Jacobs won't be a regular

Wood on L2 lmao

They won't move Gusev. That's just not happening.

Bratt 8Y $7M omg
even Hischier unless he pulls an 75+ pts season with very good defensive production
If Kuemper can be a legit starter, he'll easily make $3,5M+ if not $4,5M.
(salary minimum is $700K, not $900K.

1. It's "don't" not doesn't

2. You're most likely correct about Gusev, however if Bratt does take the next step and Palmieri plays a full healthy season Gusev most certainly could be a trade chip with some of the young players the Devs have in the system.

3. Bratt is entirely to high, Hischier on the other hand is not. Seeing how Kevin Hayes just got 7.13 from the Flyers if Nico can put up 60 points playing solid defensively which he has shown he can he could absolutely get 7+ per year.

You can't really use Kevin Hayes as a bargaining chip when the entire nhl community agrees on how terrible that contract is

Regardless if it's a bad contract or not, guys who are in line for their next contracts can absolutely use that as a bargaining chip.

One player signing a bad contract does not reset the market. Just look at all the RFAs this season. Just cus aho signed a bad contract for himself doesn't mean the other RFAs will

So what you are both telling me is, lets just say Nico puts up 60-70 points, and plays solid two-way play he's not going to make 7+ on a 5-6 year contract?

I think 7.25 is at this point a solid number for an eventual 2nd line center if Hughes is the real deal. At 7.25 per year its roughly 8.3% of a teams cap per a 81.5 salary capped season.

No I just think Hayes is a bad 2nd line center and a really good 3rd line center

I'm not saying he is not, I'm saying he is being paid as a 2nd line center. Regardless of the contract being bad or not Hischier might be a better player now then Hayes and certainly will be in the next 4-6 years. 7.25 is quite modest if we are looking at a 60+ point player which his projections certainly show he can be.
