I doubt Kings will trade Toffoli this season. MAYBE at the deadline. I think he will have a really good season. If that's the case you'll need to add more especially if it's at the deadline.

-$7,5M for 8 years for 73 would be a STEAL. Still thinks he signs a bridge deal.
-Don't see MIN accepting this but who knows; believe Rask would be a piece in the return with his $4M cap hit.
-NJ doesn't need Moore at all (and let him walk as an UFA about 14 months ago); he's injured
-Keep Clifton. Because Miller is out in the next months, at trade deadline or by July 1st 2020. Cehlarik, wait to see what he can do at training camp

Don't think B's put Toffoli on first line if they get him. Either 2nd or 3rd with Coyle, that would be great.

Make the first trade Backes, Zboril and Kuhlman (he's a Minnesota boy). Forget the second trade. Make the third trade Clifton and the 2020 second.

If the Kings trade Toffoli, they're going to want draft picks (2nd or 3rd) and young, expansion draft exempt prospects. The value of your package for Toffoli isn't bad, but the pieces are too far along and would juat add additional pieces that the Kings would have to protect in the 2021 draft.

I would propose Studnicka or Lauko and a 3rd round pick for Toffoli. If they need LA to retain salary or take back a short-term cap dump, then the pick should increase to a 2nd.

3rd round pick, 3rd pair d man, and crap is not a big haul for a top 6 RW. It’s garbage. Would you take a 3rd, 5th, Paul Ladue and Martin Frk for Coyle? I sure as hell would not.
