I do think a 2 x 3 deal is realistic but If Toronto wants to have any depth at forward and a solid Def core, in 2 years theres no way there going to be able to give 7 mil to Kap unless the salary cap goes up a ton over those 2 years

Kapanen is definitely a candidate for an OS, Think that it will take closer to $4.5 million to get it done, Now that Yzerman will be our next GM don't be surprised that Detroit doesn't OS Brayden Point instead. Don't like the possibility of losing 4 1st round picks. But Point would be worth it.

Yup. Hard to imagine any of it happening. Aside from the questionable balance in the transactions, cherry picking RFAs is likely going to result in the cold shoulder from almost every opposing GM.
