Description

Marincin only has three more games left until he has to pass through waivers to be sent back down (if a player plays less than 10 games for an NHL team since the last time he cleared waivers he is exempt, ex. Hutchinson), Morgan Rielly is likely facing a suspension and Rosen and Borgman are still injured so I thought it would be interesting to see what Sandin could do at the NHL level. He has shown good decision making and has played pretty well overall for the Marlies this year considering he's only 19.

Rielly isnt getting suspension for bolts player saying "rag it" to gourde.. also Sandin is not going up. If any prospect goes up its Liljegren. Marincin with his play would pass through waivers easily.

He didnt say rag it. Guy on bolts bench said "rag it" and it means to keep the puck out of your own zone for as much time as possible and right after gourde took the puck in offensive zone and kept it in Leafs D zone.

First off Reilly will be playing... secondly I’m not too worried about marincin getting picked up on waivers. Lastly I think that Rosen would be the first call up. Stranger things have happened though.

Regardless of whether he said something or didn't, I wouldn't be too worried about a suspension of more than a game, given the NHL's recent handling of similar situations:
Simmonds, 2011: no punishment
Shaw, 2016: one playoff game suspension
Getzlaf, 2017: $10,000 fine

The next Marlie to get called up is probably Vincent LoVerde. Sorry to break it to you peeps, but I don't think either Sandin or Liljegren are getting call ups this year. Both are coming back from injuries and getting big minutes with Marlies. Leafs haven't been rushing prospects, and that's a good thing.

Well it isnt commonly used very often but as I said, rag it is hockey term. Flintor guy on twitter has a good breakdown of actual audio and visual.

Just post what you actually believe, stop performing to try and convince others.

Rielly said a naughty word, it blew up in public, and the NHL is suspending him for a game.

As for the roster-post, I would like to see Sandin and for him to get a taste. I don't know if there are any downsides

Its not a common one though, I dont think its one that 90% of hockey fans, players, etc have part of their Lexicon.
