Two AHL/NHL tweeners and a couple mid 1sts doesn’t get Zegras. I highly doubt he’s actually available and if he was it would be for upgrades to the NHL roster not futures.

You want Zegras, base the trade around a single blue chip piece, then add from there. A grab bag of spare parts doesn't get it done.

I doubt whether Del Gaizo would supersede Urho Vaakanainen or Tyson Hinds on the depth chart, let alone Pavel Mintyukov or Olen Zellweger, so he's a nullity. Parssinen isn't as good a prospect as the two guys Nashville took ahead of him that draft (Tomasino or Afanasyev).

We'll take Joakim Kemell plus the two late firsts if Zegras is on the market in the summer, which I strongly doubt he will be.

I like Zegras but not sure Brunette woukd give him the latitude that he gets in Anaheim. Either way, theyll need higher end pieces than del gaizo to make them consider moving. Svechkov (center replacement) and one of Tomasino/Wood/Kemell and a 1st would probably pick up interest. Hertl just went for a recent 1st round pick and a future 1st round pick. He is older so the extra 1st is to grease the wheels maybe throw in another lesser prospect or roster filler for funsies.
