13OA->4OA (NSH)
Will Ottawa want to trade 2nd OA?
In my opinion Ottawa stacked with offensive stars and their top4 defense is solid, and the only thing, that they are desperately need - elite goalie.
Saros can help them with no doubt.

Some words about trade:
Vesina caliber goalie and 2OA as the main pieces from both sides.
Then, Novak. He is almost point per game player this season, and should be cheap replace of Debrincat in top6.
With Saros in net Ottawa will not be able to resign Debrincat. So he must be traded.
Carolina seems like best trade partner for Ottawa. However it is another store :)
I don't include Edmonton's 1st in that trade, because of Novak. I think his value higher than 31-32OA (yes, I think that Edmonton will definitely play in SCF, because they have best Swedish defenseman* in the league - Ekky 🥲).
*Not quarterback, defenseman!
And Saros definitely worth top pick of this draft.
45OA and 68OA picks in such a deap draft are also pretty valuable.
Over guys in trade - just for the depth.

Yes, the fact that these two teams will win the draft, and make such trade is so unlikely. However, why not? Everything is possible :)

Fantilli and Michkov/Carlsson would be nice start of the rebuild for the Preds.
