That Eichel trade is more like a bad joke. If Ottawa wants Jack Eichel and Tkachuk or Stutzle is not coming back, then you’re talking something like: Batherson, Norris, Brannstrom, and a 1st rounder to start the conversation. By my estimation that essentially tears apart your roster, so basically Ottawa doesn’t have the pieces to get Jack Eichel.
