Hall Wants a Contender

I don't see NJ trading for JVR, Jersey guy or not. The 3rd round pick should probably be coming with him, not for him, too.

Gostisbehere trade is about 2 years too late.

I think hall is either going to Dallas or Colorado.
He won't go to the penguins, WSH or Boston because their core is too old.
TOR, STL, VGK and TB are cap strapped.

They just make the most obvious choices as far as teams with cap and will have a few years competitive window without cap issues.

Hall won't sign with you guy. He's gonna have to play more shut-down hockey than offensive hockey. Don't think that's what he wants.

IF hall goes to colorado they become a pretty deep team. I know seguin and gurianov are young with heiskanen, but benn, pavelski, radulov. Even the goalies, bishop and khudobin are getting older. If bruins core is too old so are the stars.
