Honestly, I don’t think Pulju fetches that much. His defence is great and potential is high, but his production this year wasn’t great and he’ll be sold at relatively low value. I’m thinking Kerfoot for Pulju could honestly work, with smaller pieces added to iron the deal out of course. Kerfoot the rental but who is versatile and better offensively as of rn than Pulju. I could see his high pace being a very good fit next to McDavid</div></div>
Maybe Kerfoot and a first plus SDA would work

I think Pulju is gonna break out offensively next year on any team and he's a beast defensively. A Robertson-Tavares-Nylander line would be horrific defensive line. Plus I don't think the Leafs need more finishing talent in their top 6. To get a great Pulju your gonna need to give up a great prospect and I think Knies and Niemala will be better than Robby

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>newballcoach</b></div><div>Not sure I see Kuemper being available (and that cheap) but he would certainly fill a hole for Toronto. Going after Poolparty makes sense but not sure Robertson is the piece you want to dangle.
Other trades seem fine, Arizona might not be perfect but there's at least some thought there. Honestly I think if the Leafs make moves it'll be draft day or right around then.</div></div>
I agree Kuemper might not be that cheap but I think he definitely hurt his value with all the injuries he´s dealing with in the playoffs. Plus I don't think he gets more than 5.5. Also Robertson is going to be a great player but he doesn't really fill the Leafs needs.

Fitz specifically said that Wood was the type of guy that the Devils really missed from the lineup this season. They've got a tone of cap space and are unlikely to spend to the cap so much so that they can't afford a 3.5/1 contract.
Also not sure why Wood would be taking a 1.5/1 deal in Toronto when his health is such a concern. He's going to want term.</div></div>
A couple insiders said there's a good chance he doesn't get qualified. But it wont be surprising if he does.

I don't know why everyone is under the impression that the leafs will have to give up a first and a blue-chip prospect to get rid of mrazek. It will take a second or something of similar value

2nd not sure where you heard that crap about Wings wanting to bring back Mrazek. He in no way is a Uzerman kind of player. Way to soft.
Sorry, but as I have stated to another delusional Leaf fan. Yzerman has not taken a ap dump, unless it is a position of need. Staal because we needed a veteran LHD. Left because we needed a LHD, which did not turn out good u til he was dealt to St.Louis. Fabbri, was a reclamation project that cost nothing. Now he has had some misses, Comrie, Joulevi, and for there was one other but I forget his name. But suffice to day he will not take dumps for picks or players .Just not his style.
I keep hearing Mrazek is not bad and he is better than what he appears form Leaf fans. If that is true, why on almost every Leaf post he is getting traded..
Lastly if Wings really wanted him they could ha e claimed him when he was waved, so stop being such a DB with this Wings wanted him crap.</div></div>
Mrazek can be a decent back up. The only thing is the Leafs cant afford a backup a 4 million AAV

His save % a d GAA was worse than Ned's on a bmuch better team. Sorry this is just a fairy tale where Leafs fans wish away a bad co tract.
Tell me why would Wings entertain this trade? It makes zero sense to help a divisional rival</div></div>
Why are people acting like Ned was amazing this year lmao. The wings were reportedly interested in Mrazek but they would need sweeteners which they would get in this trade. They then use their cap space to trade for a Starter or sign one. What in your opinion would it take for the leafs to get rid of Mrazek

Ned had a -6.9 GSAX this year Mrazek had a -11.6. Your paying the First and the prospect because he was slightly better and younger.

Just because a player was drafted in the third round doesn't mean they hold the same value as a third round pick lmao. In that case I want Mark Stone for 6th 1 for 1
I am saying a good LHD prospect does not move the needle.
Niemela and Kokkonen are former third round picks, if you would like Buffalo to take Mrázek then you need to offer something that the Sabres consider valuable, Kokkonen is not at all valuable to the Sabres.
So let's agree, Toronto does not want to offer what the Sabres need, so the Sabres do not accept Mrázek.
I hope we can agree on this, Mrázek will not be traded to the Sabres.</div></div>

If the Leafs have shown us anything, it's that the playoffs are typically a crapshoot. You've lost to Tampa (back to back champs!), but also Montreal (4th in that division while playing in the weakest division last year), and Columbus (who would have been a wildcard team).</div></div>
As much as I hate giving the Habs credit they were pretty good last year. As evidence as them getting to the SCF

Buffalo has three solid NHL LHD plus Johnson as a good prospect.
Only Jokiharju is signed while Laaksonen and Fitzgerald are their top LHD prospects.
Neither are projected to be top pairing.</div></div>
Niemela is a blue chip prospect. Not a prospect you throw in for a cap dump

I think it´s better than last year but Goaltending is a issue. I´d like to see Muzzin get moved but the only team I see him going to is the Kings
