<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Ajp_18</b></div><div>He did ask for a trade... Columbus doesn’t want to move him. I didn’t say jarmo would pay him that much. This is also coming after Pittsburgh trade 15th OA + for Kapanen.... yes Anderson has a bad season, he’s also an RFA and Columbus has NO REASON to trade him.... if you don’t like then don’t offer on him.</div></div>

They do have a reason to trade him... asked for a trade. Torts has already expressed in his interviews in the past about panarin and bob that he wants players who want to be there.

<div class="quote"><div class="quote_t">Quoting: <b>Jamiepo</b></div><div>I’m sorry... but what? 3m for which Anderson? And who has to make up for jarmo spending like a drunken sailor?

... a 1st???? Are you kidding me?

I’m sorry guys but this is ridiculous. I will say at least you didn’t ask for a 2c...</div></div>

I mean I said unlikely to a first. Josh Anderson is the knock off version of Tom Wilson. Players like that are difficult to find. So due to the rarity and considering Wilson is getting over 5mil. If teams were attempting to get him to sign a qualifying offer I would assuming he would be signing something between 3.5 and 4.5 mil (because if they went any lower Columbus may match it) which would be either a 1st + a 3rd (4.2+) or a 2nd. So in other words my initial request was a 2nd + a prospect and I still think that is a fair evaluation. However if a team picking low in the first round want to throw that pick in then it is an obvious decision.
