Would you be in favor of us being allowed to sign players who are currently free agents or under contract with our AHL affiliates to NHL contracts?
Current FAs? No. Signing guys under AHL contract to NHL contract is fine. The FA thing is a hard no just because i dont feel like people need to be signing UDFAs everyday. PEople are going to just sign random guys and use them as trade bait. It just clouds the game and makes it messy. I'd prefer we do all FAs at the same time and do not provide a list of available players for teams to copy from.
How do you feel about a deal revolved aroound Rasanen and Allison?
Not too interested in that. I'm interested in Rasanen but I'd prefer to give up a similar level prospect for him and not one of the top point produces and goal scorers in the NCAA. Do you have anyone else that interest you?

those guys are more like 4th liners honestly. If I'm moving a 2nd line center id' need more than that.
I am looking for a top four left-handed d-man of similar or younger age coming back as the main piece in a deal for Tanev. I'd need one of Provorov, Gostisbehere or Sanheim coming back, so I'm not sure whether we'd be able to work something out.
I might also be willing to work out a deal around one of your 2018 1st's
