Status: Looking for depth improvements and futures.
I'm listening to anything, but main roster is pretty much set, so offer accordingly.

If you'd like Gallagher, something with Simmonds is possible (lateral move, but more goals for me, younger with more term for you. I'd add).
Or if you want to work out a 3-way, with a 2C for me, Gallagher for you, and Hagg for the 3rd party.

Hagg fit your ask of young puck moving defenseman which is why I asked. He'll be getting regular minutes with the flyers this year. Simmer is way too valuable to move for Gallagher so I can't really do that. Doesn't hurt your cap situation either. I was just curious. Maybe Morin would interest you more but if you are looking for a young LHD for him then I understand.

Ahh. I didn't specify so my bad. I'm looking for a puck moving LHD, but one that can help me to win now, moreso than young. All your guys are young, so not a good fit. If you have an inside track on a LHD you think would work for me, let me know for 3-way purposes.

Juulsen may not be a possibility. I'm still waiting for a couple responses before I decide on a center target, but it's a bigger area of need for me. If Juulsen is required to pick up a center, I have to send him that way instead. If not, he can certainly be included. I'll put some thought into an offer and get back to you. Have to take a look at cap scenarios to see if someone like Shaw needs to be included.

Sounds good. I'm win now and haven't made any trades, so you can get a look just by viewing the current Montreal roster. I'll eventually get to putting them in my description.
Mete is showing promise and I'm waiting to view him in action (partnering with Weber). Juulsen and Hudon are potentially outbound (which could change).
Lindgren should be ready for NHL duty, but he'll have to battle Montoya for now (can't see MB bumping Montoya regardless). Everyone else is a possibility, as are picks.

Only with retention and he'd still fall in the middle of my list with that. If I'm paying over $8M on top of the price to acquire the player, it has to be someone I'm 100% sold on.

I don't plan on moving Galchenyuk. Danault might be a possibility, but considering he is still getting top line usage, has potential to increase his production, is young, under control, cheaper, there's just too many benefits to keeping him over acquiring Staal. I wouldn't mind adding Staal, but I can't do it at the expense of my lineup, least of all by trading a center. Do you have any other ideas, preferably involving my available players?

I'd want a significant add for Pacioretty, but Gallagher is more negotiable. I value him higher than Staal for many of the same reasons as above, but I need a C more than a W.
If you want to do Staal for Gallagher straight up, I would think that's fair value as long as Gallagher fills a need for you. Anything else I'd have to think about.
Give me your thoughts and I'll drop by your page when I get back (have to run out for a bit).

So I was given an offer for Pavelski that is pretty much too good for me to pass up. However, as courtesy I at least want to give you a chance to match the offer. To match or top the offer I've been given I'd need 2018 1st, 2018 2nd, Hudon, Juulsen, and Scherbak. In this case I could retain 50% and take a cap dump like Plekanec but I do understand this is a lot for you to give up. Let me know either way.
