If Staios is looking for a 1st and a 2nd or a 1st and an elite prospect for Chych then I dont think Dowd and TVR are equivalent to the 2nd or elite prospect.

Would need to remove the 2nd that the Sens are sending and maybe add a mid/late pick instead of Dowd

I think Caps are interested in Chych but aren't going to overpay. They can just wait for him to FA if they really want him. As of now they are stacked on the left side and he isn't needed.
